Description
The goal is for an agile production team to make decisions every morning during the early morning/production meeting, within the framework of a 24-hour sprint. This meeting covers events from the past 24 hours and provides a preview of the next 24 hours. Key performance indicators (KPIs) throughout the month, as well as daily KPIs from the current and previous week, support this process. We also recommend immediately assigning and documenting necessary actions for each piece of equipment on magnetic strips.
