Floor markings provide clear identification of parking and staging areas. To ensure a long service life, a minimum distance of 30 to 50 mm from the staging area should be maintained during installation to reduce wear caused by industrial trucks.

In addition, custom floor signage in DIN format can be used, for example, with barcodes or parking space information, to further improve wayfinding and process efficiency.

LongLife tape is made of high-quality, torsion-resistant plastic and is characterized by exceptionally high abrasion resistance. It is ideal for permanent marking of traffic routes, work areas, and safety zones, and can be applied quickly and precisely directly from the roll dispenser.

LongLife symbols and cut-to-size pieces allow you to clearly and unambiguously mark positioning, blocking, and functional areas. A variety of colors, shapes, and material thicknesses enable optimal adaptation to your specific requirements – regardless of the surface.

The PVC floor marking signs are fully adhesive, extremely durable, and comply with applicable standards, such as ASR A1.3. They are particularly suitable for areas where additional information – such as instructions, prohibitions, or warnings – is required.

For refrigerated and frozen food areas, ORGATEX® offers special floor markings that adhere reliably even at extremely low temperatures. The adhesion temperature is as low as –20 °C, making this solution ideal for temperature-sensitive environments.

When color markings alone are not sufficient, floor labels with transparent covers ensure maximum information density. Custom labels, barcodes, QR codes, or item numbers can be easily printed in DIN format and securely inserted into the transparent labels.

The special surface texture prevents glare from overhead lighting, maintains scanner readability, and also provides a slip-resistant effect. This ensures that materials can be clearly assigned to logistics and production processes at all times.
